Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any inMinute booking from the app or by contacting support. Cancellation charges may apply depending on when you cancel.

1. Free cancellation

You can cancel free of charge before a partner has been assigned or before the partner has started travelling to your location.

2. Cancellation after partner assignment

• Before partner starts travelling — free.
• After partner starts travelling but before arrival — a nominal visit fee may apply.
• After partner arrival — the applicable visit or diagnostic fee is charged.

3. Partner-initiated cancellation

If a partner cancels, we will assign the next available partner at no extra cost. If no partner is available, your booking will be cancelled and any pre-paid amount refunded in full.

Cancel from the "My Bookings" screen in the inMinute app or email taufique.inminute@gmail.com.
