These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the inMinute website, mobile applications and services operated by HelpZen Technology Private Limited ("inMinute").

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Nature of platform

inMinute is a technology platform that connects customers with independent service professionals ("Partners"). Partners provide services directly to customers; inMinute is not the provider of the underlying services.

4. Bookings and pricing

• Prices displayed in the app or website are estimates; final prices depend on the scope of work.
• Additional charges may apply for materials, spare parts or work outside the initial scope.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other authorised gateways. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for completed services.

6. User conduct

• Do not misuse the Services or interfere with their operation.
• Do not harass, abuse or discriminate against Partners or staff.
• Provide accurate information at all times.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inMinute is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

9. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos and content on the platform are owned by HelpZen Technology Private Limited or its licensors.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office of the Company shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
